Experimental map build ontop mistle, listed as Strange Mistle.
Requires some environmental observation to progress, but is otherwise a simple and relaxing level.
Standard. (Needs an alpha after dense gold addition)
Quite an easy to overlook map. At first, I thought that this was just a minor re-interpretation of the standard Mistle, however, after a while it turned out to be quite a different map. I enjoyed the little puzzle elements as well as some tweaks done to the environment and in general the new visuals. The limited availability of bridges brought back good old memories to me. Not sure if it was in an Ancient Keeper or Deeper Dungeon map where the player had to play around with the ideal set up of setting bridge tiles but I liked that it was implemented into this map as well.
As you stated, the map was rather chill. Perhaps only the great finale required some preparation. However, this was nothing I disliked. There was always quite a bit to do, to explore and to puzzle with, so I enjoyed getting to play a map that wasn't just constant pressure. I wouldn't have liked your map less if it was a little shorter though, which I have to admit. Some playsers might enjoy sitting for several days on one single map but I had liked it even more if it was quite a bit shorter.
A thing that got me confused though was that the map is called "Turtlehaven" here in the workshop but within the game it is called "Strange Mistle". It doesn't seem to be a bit issue at first but I had some serious trouble finding your map here in the workshop to leave a review because a few days passed between finishingthe map and wanting to leave a comment here. I was constantly searching for "Strange Mistle" here on the page but couldn't find your map.
A great map with fun game play in general, good atmosphere, lot's do, fun puzzles without being an annoyance and a moderate challenge makes this map a good choice for veterans and newcomers alike.
Great map. Loved it. Except for a bug. look into another thread started by me.
this level was a lot of fun and well designed. figuring out how to proceed forward through the puzzles and the unique use of the bridge were really interesting. at one point i thought i was gonna crash from how hard the map shuddered, but i did have close to 200 creatures, so.

I killed blue and yellow and now i am completely stuck :( cannot go any further with just 3 bridges.
you might have missed something. try exploring the area southwest.
In the southwest there is a enemy wall that I cannot break because I don't have break wall spell.

So there are 5 different exits out from your main base. Maybe your imps reinforced the walls when you weren't looking? Everything you need right now is all in the southwest areas, start looking around your main base again

then im not too sure. i tried playing it through again and the walls became neutral when i claimed the slabs next to them, like with the first exit

maybe try using the numpad enter menu and use "steal slab mode" with the numpad to change ownership of the slabs next to the wall to anyone else, and then have your imps claim it again. if all else fails you can just destroy the wall using the same menu

by pressing either shift+enter, or pressing enter on the numpad :)
Great map, I think the early stages where the best when your army was still limited. After amassing a massive skeleton army combat is very easy, but I still enjoyed it until the end.

That looks like a bug yes, tech-support problems are better posted on the discord since individual workshop items get rarely visited.
If they are not specific to your map, then yes, I would be happy to get a way how to reproduce it, possibly with a save. I quickly looked at the map and at least at the start they grow.
the latest Alpha patch disables saves. only 4478_Alpha-patch works. and my chickens arent groove in the hatchery. is it ok or another bug of the latest alpha patches?

This is the first time I hear of it, but I see you are correct. It is not specific to this map, but all saving on all maps seems broken. We will fix this as soon as possible.
Oh my, what a ride. This is like a whole campaign in a single level. The level design is pretty good and this level contains gorgeous sceneries.
The beginning is the hardest part but is manageable. After that, you grow so strong nothing can really be a threat to you. I ended the map with 200 skeletons and like 80 other creatures. Some thinking is needed to get where you're supposed to go, but it shouldn't take more than a few minutes for the average player to figure it out.
5/5, very fun even if it's on the easy side. Very few traps too, so that's a big plus for me. 2/5 difficulty for the beginning. Fighting lvl 5 tentacles with underleveled creatures is not easy, but not hard either. Gotta manage it a bit or use possession.

Nice way the puzzles etc is put together.

Also, maybe it's a good idea to let yellow not be able to build, he almost totally ruined his dungeon with small treasure rooms.
Some randomness is fine, makes the keeper not look like a paid actor.
Update1 : buffed last keeper, removed bridge bypasses and made map more highwaller friendly :'(

Took me a while to progress (Was focused on the bridges and not on a specific other thing :P )
Black could be a little tougher. By the time I got to him I had 200+ creatures at level 10, he just vapourized when they attacked. xD
What is the specific other thing? I've taken out blue using call to arms and now I can't work out how to progress xD
Did not expect that so many players will fail to spot a secret door, now the updated version has a message that poins directly towards it.
I actually found it eventually - thanks for the map!
Perhaps for future reference, when it is a hidden door, make sure only optional secrets are behind it, not needed for progress.
great map, alot of fun. started lagging a little bit because there was so many trap crates around. other than that gj :)
