A Samurai warrior of great skill has become Shogun of this realm. It's time that someone put these so-called skills to the test!
This is a classic level with but now updated on 19-09-2025 with KeeperFX in mind.
V1.1 (19-03-2025)
- Updated version requires minimally KeeperFX version 1.2.0
- Samurai Boss (Shogun) is much stronger and has more abilities/immunities
- Reworked enemy Keeper. Will now initially start off defensively but becomes gradually more aggressive the more Heroes are killed.
- Removed Prison
- Drastically rebalanced the Heroes waves once the 'endgame' section of the level has been reached. The endgame section is is triggered when 1) The enemy Keeper is killed or 2) The Heart Room of the Heroes is reached by either the Player or enemy Keeper.
- Removed 'weak' creatures from Creature pool for the Player
- Reworked spell book to be researched. Most notably Sight is now initially available for the Player to research and the Lightning Spell can be found.
- Added a neutral portal in the south west. Claiming it will increase the Creature limit depending who claims it.
- Slightly rebalanced Heroes and are now overall weaker. Especially the Knights in the central area.
- Added the Time Mage.
- Some pre-placed Heroes, especially Knights, carry gold with them.
- Added Secret and Midas Doors for the Heroes. Note: Heroes do not have infinite gold.
- Slightly reworked some parts of the level.
- Minor script tweaks
- Graveyard instead of the Scavenger Room can be found.
- Giants are immune to lava in this level
- Warlocks are immune to gas and their wind ability has been replaced by freeze in this level.
- Chance of appearing in a different colour.
- Added decorations
I enjoyed this map very much. Feels a lot like a deeper dungeons map.
