'QUICK to Pot to DAT' for campaigns and packs

Takes all maps from a campaign with QUICK_OBJECTIVE, QUICK_INFORMATION, SET_BOX_TOOLTIP and DISPLAY_MESSAGE messages, and updates them to use translatable strings. Generates a single .pot file with all these strings and the map names.
Pauses to allow you to translate it if desired.
Converts the .pot and .po files into a campaign (or map pack) .dat file

The campaign is now multilingual.

If you use this tool on Chinese or other non-western maps, be sure your source file is encoded UTF-8.
