The Maiden of the Nest has been overthrown as Queen of her Hive. She comes begging for you to slay the usurper.

Can't believe I found this map just by accident (after getting destroyed in Thug of War once more). Knowing that this map is from you, I immediately changed my play style into a more pro active one ;-). I enjoyed the map, despite having a bit of trouble on my first go - in particular in regards of finances. I managed to beat the map on my second go but I still found it to be quite challenging. Perhaps I am just getting old...
Funny you keep going back to Thug of War :). For this map, did you build guard posts to attract some druids? Liked the new Maidens and reworked druids?
And indeed it is not an easy map, but if you check the files, you can find a hard-variant of this map too, in case you want to repolish your skills :p.
It will remain my all time favourite, despite having managed to beat it just once :).
I managed to beat the map through the usage of Skeletons and their lightning ability. I used them as a weaker version of the mistress. I haven't used the Druids at all. I didn't know they got a rework. I still know them in their old version and they have never really appealed to me... Maybe I should give it another try and check if their rebranded version can convince me.
They have a summon now, and a new look.
Good map sir. Its fun for those who like to dig deep and also those who like to rush the map. If your fond of changing up your style of strategy, this map has a lot of replayability.
