A short campaign consisting out of 6 challenging maps (no bonus maps) using only undead minions! Hope you enjoy this campaign, as of 8 September 2010, this campaign is finished!
Campaign Overview
A new threat arised in the form of a united front of rivals, led by Keeper Bane, from the south. And Hero reinforcements from other realms from the North have also arrived. This war quickly drained you of your resources and our minions began deserting us because they didn't want to fight for a losing cause.
You've decided to turn on creatures that do not fear death, would never back down, and serve you loyally to get your revenge and reclaim your rightful place as master of the world, the undead!
Good classic campaign with beautiful design maps. Not so difficult if player is familir with basic two tactics "Walling off enemy keeper" and "Train your imps".
In 5th level, there is a message "You cannot hope for victory without a portal to attract creatures. Go out and seek one.", but this is meanless cause player's creature limit is only 4. So I think something is wrong (but this level can be cleared).
There aren't bad levels here, and there are even some great ones. The undead combat is rather monotonous, however. Ghosts are useless, maps practically do not create situations where they would need to be used, as a result, the battle is mostly skeletons, at later levels vampires.
This campaign would really benefit with more undead creatures, because without them, your army is very limited and you mostly have Skeletons, who suck vs many stronger creatures, Ghosts who are super weak and need higher level to have range attack and then Vampires, whoa re good fighters but cost way too much. And issue is that in most levels you are limited with gold/diamonds so its harder to pay them. Campaign is defintiely not easy but not very hard either so 3/5. Quality is somewhere between 3 and 4.
