Takes a map with QUICK_OBJECTIVE, QUICK_INFORMATION, SET_BOX_TOOLTIP and DISPLAY_MESSAGE messages, and updates it to use translatable strings. Generates .pot files

Converts the .pot and .po files into map specific .dat file
The map is now multilingual.
If you use this tool on Chinese or other non-western maps, be sure your source file is encoded UTF-8.
