That was a pretty cool level for being such an old one.
Gathering a massive army is key to defeat the enemy Keeper, for he is no pushover with his army of vampires/mistresses. Which means you have to use the prison/torture room combo as much as possible. First, you'll have to use chickens to heal your prisoners until you get the heal spell. I thought my army of 80+ creatures/heroes was enough, and it was, but the last fight took almost half of my army to the grave.
Getting the white Hornies and a few of my own was a great help, plus the secret Avatar and getting as many Knights as possible. I didn't convert the skeletons/fairies but maybe I should have. I also didn't get the bridge which I assume is at the end of the lava labyrinth. You'd need a high level imp for that I assume.
Beware the early assault of the 2 high level hounds, too. After that, you can take as much time as needed. 4/5
