First of all, I'm pretty sure you have to put this map in legacy or it's impossible to win. You're supposed to attract 4 wizards and 8 samurais, but you can't build a torture room.
North of your starting position are 3 allied Keepers, each with one type of creature. Green has Skeletons, Blue gets Dark Mistresses and Yellow trains Vampires.
South of your Heart is the hero Heart, and many gems. Digging the gold tile will spawn a rather powerful party that is pretty much impossible to defeat with just 4 Wizards. Destroying the Heart gives you access to guard posts.
Now, I think the idea might have been to use the many Hornies in the east fort to destroy your enemies, probably along with a Disease Spell cast on them (which you can find next to 2 tiles of useless prison) and then kill whatever survived. I completely forgot that you can dig neutral walls in legacy, and didn't find a way in to release them but then I'd have no way to use a disease spell on them. And legacy lvl 10 Hornies are trash, so they won't be able to do enough damage on their own.
There is no way to fight the enemy Keepers with what I had, so I used Invisibility on a Samurai and destroyed the three enemy Hearts to win the map uncontested. Winning the map gives you access to bridges, now completely useless.
Just read the beginning of your comment before jumping into the map, it made me curious and wanted to read the rest of the comment without being spoiled, which required to complete the map first.
|| My first two tries ended badly, because I opened south, and died, then opened on the prison, and got rushed by heroes then enemy imps accompanied with lightning strike keeper spells.
After that, 3rd try, I just walled the dirt tile between me and the enemy keepers, and quickly trained my 4 wizards to lvl 8, before fighting the south hero party. The fight is not easy with only wizards (mostly because of the fairy), I assume you have to transform the lvl 5 heroes into skeletons, then train them to 10. But it's doable without them.
Once the south part is yours, you have infinite gold and a map fully revealed. There is an unclaimed tile near the horned reapers, where you can drop an imp, and possess it to walk onto the guard posts to release the horned reapers onto your enemies. With some cave-in, you can disrupt the enemy keepers and allow the reapers to either kill everything, or let some of them sneak behind the dungeon hearts, and destroy them quietly. ||
Well damn, I didn't think that was possible. I also didn't see the unclaimed path to release the Hornies, granted it's not obvious the guard posts have a lava trap on them.
Looking at the name of the map I still think the idea was to disease the Hornies before they attack, but that's not possible sadly. And about the samurais I don't know, the map is "recent" and I don't know when heroes had rooms required added to them. I could be wrong about the Legacy thing, but even with lvl 9 wizards I couldn't fight the heroes and keep my Heart alive at the same time.

2/5, 1/5 difficulty. Impossible if not in legacy.
