It is night fall. For the past two weeks the
villagers of Terror Island have endured a plague
of evil demons intent on destroying them and
their homes. Their crops, boats, food, and many
of their lives have been lost. You have arrived
just in time to train these farmers and fishermen
into an army, to turn back this plague once and
for all.
Hero map. Cute idea but toothless. It starts interesting and slow enough to get used to the unique setup I actually really like! But the enemy waves ramp up too slowly. As soon as you get higher level creatures and start mining the gems, you can fast forward to the last wave that miight require some manual intervention (but probably not).
It caught me off guard just how much food all these creatures need. And it makes me wish Tunnellers were better at their jobs...
Shortening the time between waves may easily make this a more interesting map, I agree.
I kind of recommend playing this just to experience the idea and layout. Maybe someone can pull this off better?

A typical defensive map. It would be better if the gap between enemies spawn could be a bit shorter and enemies are stronger.
