A somewhat lower effort level by DzjeeAr. The main gimmick here is that you can't create imps, so you'll have to find the ones hidden on the map. That means right outside the giant fortress you start with. Since they are lvl 3 and you get a fully faced gem rather easily (beware the lvl 10 Dragon), you can do pretty much anything you want.
There is only one fort controlled by the heroes. It is inhabited by low/mid/high level heroes including a God-Knight and two lvl 3 Avatars that you can capture. The entrance is guarded by high level heroes and ambushes of mid-level parties, everything needed to feed your prisons/graveyards. And if you find yourself in a pickle, just sell the bridges.
