Creature Pool: Troll, Demon Spawn, Warlock, Bile Demon
A simple map with an interesting start. You are limited in the number of different creatures you can get through the portal and as you need the bridge to claim it first, you'll start getting them later than your rival.
I didn't claim it until much, much later and only used the skeletons and ghosts you find in the beginning to get more skeletons and heroes. You get attacked pretty quickly, and parties will slowly grow in strength but nothing really threatening. I wanted to make Knights out of the Thieves but their level is capped.
Gold is the main difficulty here, as it is somewhat rare and you eventually get a single face of gems. The workshop is also very limited, so that's another source of gold weakened. Defeating Blue triggers the final hero invasion which was very disappointing.
3/5, it works but is a bit too "simple". 2/5 difficulty. Beware Blue's eventual assault, I had to fortify his side of the map to prevent him from attacking me before I was ready. He finally used destroy walls and forced a fight but by that point, my Skeletons and Fairies were strong enough to defeat him.
