X:\Keeper FX\levels\ [your custom level] \configs
In your creature config file, include the name DK2_GOBLIN at the end of the existing names...
[common] Creatures = ... DK2_GOBLIN

The creatures you provide seem to be intended for modders. Is there a way for regular players to easily enjoy these new creatures in the game?

yes, wait for mapmakers to make use of them. Say, these DK2 creatures are made because somebody is making a DK2 campaign for DK1. That will be intended for regular players, just download and play, and the DK2 creatures will appear no extra effort.
