Description

A flexible endless mode were you choose how you want to play, set the rules and parameters then begin the game.

• Enable/Disable creatures and Heroes encounters.

• Enable/Disable CPU player (building).

• 64 pick up limit, no creature requirements and 99 creature pool of each.

• Imps gain experience.

• Enemies spawn randomly that level up slowly over time.

• Enemies fight amongst themselves. Or team them up for the ultimate challenge.

And a whole lot more.

Installation Intructions

Extract and paste in your Keeper FX folder (Overwrite files if prompt).

Start game, go to "Free play levels", select "Erminio Lucente" then "Endless", Done!

UPDATE 1.3.1

-Fixed broken scripts. Stage will no longer bug out.

-removed unwanted level files.

UPDATE 1.3

  • 1 minor fix when switching out terrain.

  • Added inclusion of Druid and Time mage.

  • Adjusted balance for CPU players. Gave them unlimited money, unclaimable portals and immortal dungeon hearts, for true endless experience.

  • Added 2 new parameters. Infinite gold + Enable CPU allegiances.

  • Added delay before enemy spawns.

  • Enemies will no longer stay idled. And will periodically attack you.

  • Fixed Hero spawner.

  • Completely overhauled map and balance.

  • New Selectable parameters to change how the game plays with many options to choose from.

I have question however, have you played my map Survival Game yet?

I'm asking because you might find some stuff interesting in the map script like an automatic level up system for the ennemies so the levels are not random for a difficulty that increase over time, maybe as a second way to play the map? I mean to make it optional or make an alternate version of the map. Having it random level is nice too! 😁

I also suggest you to use the modifiers I introduced in keeperfx recently, these can also increase the power of creature per player basis, but requires alphas, well in the end it's up to you of course, don't feel obligated! 😁

Your survival games map was the soul reason i learnt and made this lol But i HATE scripting for this, its still early days yet to do anything really intuitive in this. i will start designing new creatures and entire new modes once i feel the scripting system is more streamlined. But i absolutely love Keeperfx.

I see. Well for scripting I recommend you to ask for help on the discord on mapmaking channel.

I quickly checked your script for this map and there is something I mean to tell you, DRAWFROM can only have up to 8 parameters.

See there is too much parameter on DRAWFROM(BILE_DEMON,GHOST,BUG,ORC,DRUID,TENTACLE,VAMPIRE,SPIDER,HELL_HOUND,HORNY,SKELETON,TROLL,DRAGON,DEMONSPAWN,FLY,DARK_MISTRESS,SORCEROR) - 8 possible outcome is the maximum for each DRAWFROM.
